Terms and Conditions of Service

Announced on 01 July 2024.

Welcome to "Ignite by Ondemand" system developed by Ignite Education Company Limited and Learn Corporation Public Company Limited’s affiliated companies ("we") to provide online examination services through the I-Mock platform ("service") for users who wish to register for online examinations ("you"). Please read these terms and conditions of service carefully before using the service. By logging into the system, you acknowledge and agree to comply with these terms and conditions of service.

The use of our services must comply with this agreement, including the methods and various conditions specified on the website. You can start using the service once you have registered and accepted the terms and conditions of service.

  1. For each set of exams, you can take the exam according to the conditions and number of attempts set by the institution, which will be specified in the sales channel and examination system before starting the exam. The number of attempts will decrease with each new attempt.
  2. Exam Duration
Practice Test: Each set of practice tests has a duration of 6 months or until you have completed the maximum number of attempts allowed. If you do not take the exam within the specified time period, we will not calculate scores or provide exam results, and the exam will not be recorded in the system.

Mock Exam: The mock exam follows the criteria and time frame announced when you register through an external channel provided by the exam organizer or through the Online Shop page where you registered. You can take the exam once, and it cannot be retaken. If you do not take the exam within the specified time period, we will not calculate scores or provide exam results, and the exam will not be recorded in the system.
  3. Test Environment Simulation: You should simulate the test environment as closely as possible to the actual exam to achieve the best results. You should complete the exam within the designated time frames as the exam is simulated to mirror real conditions with a total duration of 144 minutes divided as follows:
    • Time for 2 Modules of SAT Reading & Writing: 64 minutes
    • Break time: 10 minutes
    • Time for 2 Modules of SAT Math: 70 minutes
  4. If users fail to complete an exam within the specified time frame, unanswered questions will be scored as zero and the scoring will be based on completed responses.
  5. Exams are for assessment purposes only, and no certification will be provided.
  6. Users can review all completed exams, their scores, and check the answer keys.
  7. cores are converted from raw scores to a scale of 1600, as defined by the College Board. Score conversion is applicable only for users registered to take the Mock Exam with I-mock. For users taking the Practice Test, raw scores will not be converted to the full 1600 scale; however, a score comparison file will be provided for self-assessment.
  8. Upon logging in, one free exam set will be available for users to test the system. Users must complete the exam within the specified time frame (144 minutes). Upon completion, they can review the answer key and receive a score, similar to regular exams.
  9. We do not guarantee any results or success, and we will not be liable for any loss or damage (whether to business or otherwise) that may arise or result from expectations of result or success from using the service. Any advice, whether verbal or written, received from us or through the use of the service, is not considered as certification or guarantee of service from us in any way unless explicitly stated in the terms and conditions of this agreement.
  10. Any reference to text and documents performed through the use of the service is considered your responsibility. We are not your representative and do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or credibility of any text, document, opinion, or communication performed through the service.
  11. We continually develop and provide services, which may change from time to time, necessitating the deletion, rejection, or limitation of services, which we will notify you in advance. In some cases, we may collect your feedback or suggestions as we deem appropriate.
  12. We reserve the right to suspend service if we find that your usage is improper, unlawful, or in violation of others' rights, or if you cause significant harm to others or engage in any activity that poses a danger to the security of our computer or network systems.
  13. We shall not be liable for the use of services in cases of force majeure or any event arising from any circumstance, such as damage to your computer system or data loss, including the inability to access or use the service due to actions of third parties.
  14. We have the authority to review and modify your service rights, with our decision being final. If we find any fraudulent, deceptive, or unethical behavior to gain benefits from various services, whether in part or in whole, or if you consent to others engaging in such actions, we reserve the right to reject or revoke your rights in whole or in part without compensation for any damages incurred.
  15. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, as well as take any actions that we deem necessary in response to the following actions, without the need for prior notification and without being liable for any resulting damages:
    • Unauthorized access or actions that violate the terms of the copyright agreement stated in this agreement
    • A use that violates the terms and conditions or that results from your carelessness which causes us harm
    • Distributing viruses, spamming, intercepting data (disguising as network traffic data), and hacking into our computer systems
    • Unauthorized attempts to access computer data and/or our computer systems or those of others, or attempts to write scripts that interfere or cause harm to other members

You must provide personal information by filling out the form provided by us to create an account, thereby recording your data as an applicant and initiating your username and password via email. We encourage you to use an unused password that is not easily guessed to differentiate them from passwords used in other services.
  2. You must keep your email, username, password, and/or registration code confidential and shall not transfer the rights to use the service to any other person. If you violate these terms, the action of such other person shall be deemed as your own and have legal consequences, even if you are not the one who performed the activity or used the service. We shall not be liable for any loss or damage incurred whatsoever.
  3. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy and completeness of your account’s information. If you discover unauthorized use of your account’s information or suspect unauthorized access to your personal information, you should change your password immediately.

Can children register with us?
  1. As our services are education-related, our target audience is students and adolescents. We are confident that our examination system provides valuable educational content for learning, testing, and developing knowledge. Although registering for courses or examinations is an activity you can legally undertake on your own, we recommend that the use of our services is done under parental guidance and with their permission.
  2. If you are under 20 years of age, you agree and certify that you have informed your parent or guardian before registering in our system and paying the service fees.  Such registration can be done by yourself by providing your personal information. However, if you intentionally provide incorrect personal information that may pose legal risks, business risks, or cause damages, such as not meeting the age criteria we set, we reserve the right to cancel your registration, suspend your access to all services, and may take legal action if necessary.
Can you share your account with others?

You should not share your account with anyone else. If you share your membership information with others, they may control your account, and we will not be able to determine the true owner of the account. Conversely, you cannot use someone else's email to register because your information, including member data and course enrollment data, is recorded under your user account. If there are changes to the user account, it may affect data storage, learning assessments, and certification issuance. If you need to transfer enrolled courses to another email account, you must submit a request to us for consideration by our team, and their decision will be final.
